If an error is made in your monogram and it's our mistake, we will gladly replace it at no charge if contacted within 7 days of purchase. If the item is no longer available, we will either refund your money or you may choose another item of equal value.
• The most common monogram design is the 3 letter monogram with Last name initial in the center with the first name on the left and middle or maiden name on the right. WLB.
• When 3 letter monograms are done using same size lettering, the monogram would read just as the name...Susie Jane Medlin....SJM. This is customary for Block lettering, small monograms and for men's monograms.
• For wedding gifts or gifts including both husband and wife's initials, the man's first name initial goes on the right, the couple's last name initial in the center and the wife's first name initial on the left. If Mary Ellen James is marrying or married to Aaron Michael Tate, their monogram would be sewn out as follows: MTA.
• PLEASE be specific in how you want your monograms stitched. Please type initials in initial order (First Name Initial, Middle Name initial, Last Name Initial). Our monogrammer will then transpose the LAST NAME INITIAL to the center. If the initials are typed. . . LGB The Monogram will be stitched: LBG
• If you prefer all letters same height with any other font please instruct for it to be completed in that manner.
We cannot be responsible for typed errors. We will gladly accept responsibility for errors made by Among the Flowers but only when specific instructions are given and not followed. Again, Please be as specific as possible with your wishes on monogram style and letter placement.
CAN YOU EMBROIDER NASCAR, NFL, DISNEY CHARACTERS or HARLEY DAVIDSON DESIGNS?
NO. Those types of designs are copyrighted and protected by copyright laws.

Custom logos take a minimum of 10 days to be digitized.
